Some of our favorite workouts
Katie’s Treadmill Workout:
This is my usual combo of running, walking, and hill intervals that makes me sweat!
(Note: I have pretty short legs and am not very fast on the treadmill so addapt the speeds for your own body)
mile 0-1.5 run at 6 mph
mile 1.5-1.6 walk at 12% incline and 3.5 mph
mile 1.6-1.65 walk rest at 3.5 mph
mile 1.65-2.25 run at 6mph 1% incline
mile 2.25-3.35 run at 6mph 6% incline!
mile 2.35-2.45 walk at 12% incline 3.5 mph
mile 2.45-2.5 walk at 0% incline 3.5 mph
DONE!
Then I either finish my cardio or hop on the elliptical for .5 mile on a resistance of 8! It is a great heart pumping workout that leaves me dripping and it only takes about 35 minutes!

Yes I do! I just haven’t updated this page recently. I also bike, dance and do aerial dance. I love having a few different ways to stay in shape, it makes things more interesting
